01 / SAS IDENTITY & TOWNHALL SERIES
Extending a team identity into a recurring character-led event language.
After collaborative exploration of the Scale AI Solutioning identity, I refined and finalized the selected logo direction and its core applications. I later extended the mark into a plush character system for FY26 town halls, developing reusable character references, monthly themed visual worlds, and short animated sequences within a consistent presentation framework.
Finalizing the SAS Identity

Final SAS mark and core lockups, refined from a collaboratively explored direction into a usable team identity.
From Logo to Character
Turning the mark into a reusable character system.
Starting form
Plush base

Initial plush character adaptation based on the SAS mark.
Character variation library

Pose, orientation, and prop variations developed into a reusable character reference library.
AI-assisted workflow
I used Nano Banana to transform the SAS mark into the initial plush character and generate pose and orientation variations. The resulting reference library helped maintain continuity across monthly themed explorations, while Midjourney supported final upscaling and short-form animation.
Monthly Themes
January
New Beginnings

A New Year journey concept built around fresh starts and forward momentum.
February
Winter Games

A Winter Olympics-inspired theme borrowing from sports graphics and celebratory visual language.
March
Exploration

An age-of-exploration concept using maritime imagery and painterly references to suggest discovery and a new direction.
April
Spring

A seasonal concept drawing from pastoral painting references, renewal, and the visual language of spring.
May
Voxel Botanical

A voxel botanical world that reinterpreted the character through a more digital and playful visual language.
The continuity came from the SAS character itself, while each month intentionally introduced a new theme, stylistic reference, and emotional tone.
Actual Townhall Application
Recurring Presentation Framework
A flexible framework for recurring team communication.

The visual series operated within a reusable presentation structure that supported leadership updates, celebrations, culture stories, technical progress, and recurring event moments without rebuilding the experience each month.
02 / LIVE EVENT POSTER SYSTEMS
Making technical stories easy to scan in live environments.
For Microsoft live events, I designed large-format poster systems that translated technical solution content into clear, visually cohesive communications for demo areas, feedback stations, and attendee-facing spaces.
MVP Summit 2026

Poster applications in the live MVP Summit environment. Event footage captured by a Microsoft colleague.
FY26 CSA Global Summit

A shared visual system adapted across multiple technical demos and booth topics.
Turning booth exploration into
a collectible learning experience.
For MCAPS Tech Connect 2026, I designed a Cloud & AI Expert Guide that paired booth information, direct digital access, and a sticker-collection mechanic to give attendees a physical artifact for navigating demos and documenting the experience.
Cover & Welcome

Reusable Spread System

Each booth spread paired concise technical context, direct digital access, and a dedicated sticker space for documenting the attendee journey.
Selected internal materials are presented for portfolio review. Sensitive names, metrics, business updates, and identifying content have been omitted or obscured where appropriate. Microsoft, Scale AI Solutioning, and related marks and materials remain the property of Microsoft.
